No, Penn Intermodal Leasing does not lease or sell marine or dry box chassis, also known as container chassis. This business unit was sold in 2015. Penn Intermodal Leasing does offer ISO tank drop frame chassis for lease.

Penn Intermodal Leasing periodically lists previously leased equipment for sale from locations across the US. Sale equipment may include chassis for local / in-plant transportation and storage, ISO tank containers, and other assets.
The previously-leased equipment Penn offers for sale is available immediately. Unlike ordering new equipment from the manufacturer which may have long lead times, purchasing these used chassis offers transportation and logistics professionals a fast, cost-effective option to meet their container transport or storage needs. Some of our buyers have refurbished chassis to like-new condition, and others have performed only the most necessary preparations for in-plant storage.
In addition to motor carriers, warehouses and equipment brokerages who purchase chassis for intermodal tank container transport, these versatile vehicles have been utilized for fertilizer and water tank storage on farms, asphalt agitator trailers, and other uses.

We welcome interested persons to call and schedule an appointment to review chassis available for sale. All chassis for sale will be sold in “as is, where is” condition and depot handling fees will be added to the sale invoice. Upon wire confirmation or check clearing, original titles and Bill of Sale will be overnighted to an address of the buyer’s choosing and release authorization sent to applicable depot locations.
We do not offer any 40’ gooseneck chassis for sale.
